Former LSU football running back Nick Brossette joins Brian Kelly’s staff

Previous LSU football running again Nick Brossette is coming back to Baton Rouge to join mentor Brian Kelly’s employees, Brossette declared on Twitter Tuesday.

Brossette has been hired as the Director of Alumni Relations and High Faculty Outreach for the Tigers.

“It has been a desire of mine to come back and function in which it all started off,” Brossette wrote.

In 4 seasons at LSU, Brossette rushed for 1,345 yards and 14 touchdowns and was named a team captain as a senior in 2018. In 11 begins that time, he rushed for 1,039 yards on 240 carries and scored all of his touchdowns for LSU in that time.

Brossette was a four-star recruit and the No. 16 working back again in the country in the Course of 2015, according to the 247 Athletics Composite. He was also the No. 9 recruit in Louisiana and the No. 180 prospect in the nation at College Lab.
