Austin football standout Jayden Wilson commits to University of New Mexico
One particular of El Paso’s very best two-way substantial college football gamers has designed his school determination.
Austin’s Jayden Wilson, who plays managing again and linebacker, verbally dedicated to the University of New Mexico on Monday. He announced his selection on his Twitter.
Wilson was provided by New Mexico on March 28. The Lobos compete in the Mountain West Meeting.
“The coaches there considered in me,” Wilson claimed. “In excess of the past few months, I produced a strong romantic relationship with the employees and I’m fired up to be signing up for the system.”
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Wilson is the fifth El Paso higher college football participant to commit to a Division I faculty in the latest months.
Parkland broad receiver Demarion Crest (Texas Tech), Parkland offensive lineman Tyrone McDuffie (College of Colorado), Canutillo running back LJ Martin (Stanford) and Andress large receiver Malcolm Anderson (Military).
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Wilson rushed for 1,414 yards and experienced 116 tackles final time for the Panthers as a junior. He mentioned the Lobos recruited him as a linebacker. Former Burges standout football player Alec Marenco is also a linebacker for the Lobos and this upcoming period will be his second in the application.
“I’ve just been doing the job tricky all offseason to get all set for my senior year,” Wilson reported. “My teammates are putting in the work and we’re thrilled for the approaching period.”
