The 2023 recruiting cycle is in full swing, and we’re keeping an eye on the top prospects in the class with the USA TODAY High School Sports Composite Player Rankings, which averages the grades from the three biggest recruiting services: 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals.

Some athletes have already made verbal commitments, with the top-rated prospect in the class, Arch Manning, leading the way. The Isidore Newman (La.) QB created a major buzz this past week when he announced he’ll be headed to Texas to play for coach Steve Sarkisian.

There are still many of the elite players in the class yet to make a decision, though, so while the recruiting cycle continues to surge ahead, let’s take an updated look at the Recruiting Rankings.
