Vertical Workout – How to Find the Best Vertical Workout and Make a Difference

Are you looking for great jump training? Are you looking to take your game to great new heights, and rise above the competition? Or are you looking for a serious vertical workout that will push you past your limits, and help you get the game of your dreams?

There are a lot of vertical workouts out there, a lot of training aids, and people promising to reveal the ‘secret’ of a great vertical game. If you are serious about wanting a training program that will make a difference in your game, you need to be careful what you spend your time and money on.

So how can you tell a good training program when you find it? Not every training program will tell you everything you need to know first thing. After all, athletic trainers need to make a living too. Besides, there is a lot of good looking BS out there.

There are a couple of ways to recognize a good training program.

Start with checking out the guy who wrote it. What are his credentials, does he know what he is doing, and does he have satisfied clients? And is his experience in sports and training sufficient to warrant attention? If he doesn’t have these things, walk on by.

Next, look over the testimonials. A lot of testimonials give more information about the training program then the actual description, because people who like the program will specify exactly what part of it did them the most good. By piecing together information out of testimonials, you can get a pretty good picture of what the training involves. Also take a look at who is writing the testimonials. If they are all from professional athletes, then the program may not be designed for players who aren’t able to train every day.

After the testimonials, take a look at the official program description. Put that together with what the testimonials are saying, and ask a couple of questions. Does this fit me? Does it fit my goals? Does it fit my schedule? Does the guy writing this understand the science behind a vertical workout, or is he retelling old wives tales?

When you have the answers to these questions, you’ll know if the workout is right for you.
