The College of Wisconsin men’s basketball workforce has added an additional transfer.
Max Klesmit, a combo guard from Wofford, declared his final decision Saturday on Twitter to be a part of the Badgers following time.
The Neenah indigenous experienced previously narrowed his final decision to 4 groups — South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Clemson, and Colorado Condition — but visited UW this weekend. He tweeted his committment to UW before the weekend was more than.

Klesmit averaged 14.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 helps though shooting 44.6% from the area, together with 34.% from 3-issue range as a sophomore. He was Wofford’s 2nd-leading scorer last year and begun in all 31 games en route to becoming named to the Southern Convention third crew.
He was named to the All-Freshman crew the earlier year following averaging 8.2 points and 2.7 rebounds in 22.7 minutes for each sport.

Klesmit joins transfer guard Kamari McGee and incoming freshman guard Connor Essegian as the a few new players to the Badgers’ 2022-23 roster.
Klesmit was a standout at Neenah Significant School. He was named the Fox Valley Affiliation Player of the Calendar year as a senior immediately after scoring 25.5 points and grabbing 7.8 rebounds for each sport. He aided the Rockets to a 23-2 record and attained the sectional final.

UW now has 6 players at the guard place with the aforementioned three gamers playing alongside returnees Chucky Hepburn, Jordan Davis and Jahcobi Neath.
UW has stuffed two of its 4 scholarships vacated by Ben Carlson, Matthew Mors, Lorne Bowman II and Johnny Davis.
